Overview
Notifications are messages sent by email to provide information on the status of a case or specific business information.
Types of Emails

Automatic Notifications:
Predefined notifications sent under specific circumstances to inform end users about:- Canceled cases
- Delayed Processes
- Delayed Activities
- Newly allocated Tasks

User Configured Notifications:
Notifications where the information is entirely defined by the user according to business conditions.
Configuration Requirements
Bizagi sends notifications only when emails have been enabled and a mail server has been correctly configured in the project's Environments Configuration.
